Hi, I’m Emem — the baker, taste-tester, and everything-in-between behind “Emems Cookies”.

What started as a late-night hobby turned into a full-blown obsession with creating the perfect cookie — thick, chewy, and packed with flavour in every bite. Each cookie I bake is handmade in small batches right from my home kitchen in St Catharines, using simple, high-quality ingredients (and zero shortcuts).
